Payment is required within a week of the sale. We accept the following payment methods:

Payment over phone using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

Payment by personal checks, money orders, cashier checks.
All amounts are rounded to be even dollars For example $100.49 will be round down to be $100. And $100.84 will be round up to be $101.

When return or exchange items, the purcharger is responsible for all shipping costs.

Return items will be charged 15% for restocking fee to your account.

Wheels and tires must be properly boxed and sent back fully insured for the replacement cost. All damaged returns will be deny credit.

No returns will be accepted once the wheel set has been mounted onto the vehicle. Return items must be prior authorized by Specical Rims.

The purchaser has responsibility to inspect and report any damages within 24 hours of receiving the items. No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of shipment. The claims require the original packaging materials.

The purchase price at the time of sale is final
